Welcome to CAVEA. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, as well as the purchase and use of the products offered by our company.
CAVEA is primarily dedicated to wholesale and professional sales (B2B): interior designers, decoration stores, distributors, and related businesses. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you confirm that you are acting as a professional or business and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

CAVEA is a company engaged in the commercialization of design
and decorative products made from mineral stones.
Operations: Production, logistics, and shipments are carried out from Mexico.
Legal representation and payments: CAVEA has a registered company in California, USA, for representation and payment processing purposes.

Purchase Process
Customers may purchase products through the website in accordance with the following steps:
1. Select the products on our website.
2. Verify the selected products in your cart and choose your payment method:
Credit/debit card: payments are accepted through Stripe.
Check or wire transfer: if you prefer these methods, please contact us directly to coordinate your payment.

Proceed with payment using the authorized methods
Complete your purchase by using one of the authorized payment methods available. We accept credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other secure options depending on your location. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your safety.

Receive a confirmation of y our purchase by email
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Order preparation
In the days following your purchase, you will receive updates and packaging evidence.

Shipment confirmed
You will receive proof of shipment along with photos of the packaging security seals.

Weekly updates
We will stay in contact with you each week until your product arrives at the destination address.

Product reception
Upon receiving your order, it is very important that you record a video while breaking the packaging seals and unpacking your products. This is required to validate the warranty in case any damage occurred during shipping.

Custom orders
If you require a custom-made piece, you must contact us before placing the order. After clarifying your needs, you will receive a diagram of the product, and you will be asked to return a signed copy of the diagram authorizing its production. Once authorized, no changes can be made to the custom product.
Cancellation Policy
CAVEA does not accept cancellations once payment has been made for an order.
For custom orders, cancellations will not be accepted once the customer has provided their
written production authorization.
Return Policy
CAVEA does not accept returns.
If a product arrives damaged during shipping, the warranty policy will apply.
Warranty Policy
If a product arrives with any imperfection or damage, CAVEA will issue a credit equal to the value of the product for use on your next purchase.
To validate the warranty, it is mandatory to provide video and photo evidence showing the moment the packaging seal is broken and the products are removed from their original packaging.
Without this evidence, the warranty cannot be applied.
CAVEA reserves the right to evaluate additional claims at its sole discretion.
Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made exclusively through the authorized methods.
Unless otherwise agreed, prices include delivery to the address specified by the customer under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) conditions.
For purchases over $6,500 USD, shipping within the United States is included at no additional cost.
Taxes
CAVEA specializes in sales to interior design stores, decoration businesses, and related retailers (B2B model).
To avoid being charged Sales Tax, customers must provide a valid Seller’s ID or resale certificate prior to confirming the purchase.
If you are an end customer, you must contact us before making your purchase to confirm the applicable tax conditions.
Authenticity Guarantee
All CAVEA products are handcrafted from natural mineral stones, which means there may be variations in color, texture, grain, or finish. These variations are inherent to the product and will not be considered defects.
Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, logos, designs, product descriptions) is the exclusive property of CAVEA or its respective owners. Reproduction without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
CAVEA shall not be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events, force majeure, transportation issues, or customs processes.
CAVEA shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the purchase or use of products.
While reasonable measures are taken to ensure the proper functioning of the website, CAVEA does not guarantee that it will be free from interruptions or errors.
Force Majeure
CAVEA shall not be responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations when caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, wars, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, customs delays, pandemics, or failures of external suppliers.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of California, USA with respect to legal representation and payment processing, and by the laws of Mexico with respect to production and logistics.
In case of dispute, the parties agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in California, USA.
Amendments
CAVEA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take
effect upon their publication on the website.
Delivery Times
The estimated production and delivery time is 5 to 8 weeks from the confirmation of payment, depending on the complexity of the order and material availability.
For custom orders, the delivery time will begin once the customer’s signed production authorization has been received.
CAVEA commits to keeping the customer informed with weekly updates regarding production and shipping status.
We will make every effort to deliver the product in the shortest possible time, without compromising quality or safety in production and logistics.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to force majeure, transportation, customs, or other circumstances beyond CAVEA’s control.
